The ones who know everything : eliminated options

In my opinion these options are eliminated already.
1. The Konoha elders (the old people like in itachi's flashback to sasuke)

2. The previous hokages

3. Shisui - Kabuto said that he could not find shisui's body, it was most likely destroyed after his death. Itachi's flashback he showed sasuke seems to lend credibility because itachi watched him die. "He would later erase his existence, leaving no corpse behind. It would appear that Shisui's corpse had in fact disappeared, as even Kabuto noted that he was unable to locate it. Shisui was one of Kabuto's prime candidates to be reincarnated" \

Who do you guys think the ones who know everything are ?

There in Konoha where they were sealed at last
I kinda just popped this in my head now
Orochimaru could possibly Do something to hiruzen body at the burial since he sealed them possible reverse jutusu maybe it's just my random thought right now as I type haha

Shisui disappeared where did it go? missing and unrecovered bodies are bad omens, Obito, Madara,etc.
