Are you man or woman enough?
Do you think you have the brass to never go back on your word and never quit, no matter how much physical and mental pain you might be in?(This is obvious)
Could you dedicate your life to any amount of hard work? Force through your limits and discard them?(Rock Lee)
Would you love your community and country men like your own famiy and give it all and your life for them?(Hiruzen)
Can you devote yourself to a singular, although self serving, purpose in life and do anything, even kill or destroy life to achieve your goal?(Orochimaru)
Can you love your country and it's preservation more than your own Parents and clansmen? Have a sense of loyalty that knows no bounds, even if it means being counted as a traitor, a low life murderer and being hated even by the ones you love?
Can you take it upon yourself to make the right call(in your heart) and judgement for all the people in the world and enforce your ideals?(Obito)
