Restrictions: This is part1 Tsunade, but she is rested, and she is not fear of blood. She can't use the Byakugou. Kabuto can't use cheats like pills.

She's one of the legendary sannin. She has more experience than kabuto, wAAAy stronger, and she's considered as one of the best, if not the best, mednin of her generation. And if god Uchiha states that those skills are crap, what does it makes of Kabuto's?
But kabuto from a few months ago in the manga>>>>>>tsunade.
I know its not needed, just had to say cuz he was bad azz.
(P.s. Does anyone know if we can make similar body modifications in RP?)

Tsunade wins of course but using pills isn't cheating or else Tsunade using creation rebirth or Byakugo is also cheating going by this logic. Anyway Tsunade didn't even use Creation Rebirth nor her summon against Kabuto and she was out of shape during that fight. She wins this low-mid difficulty especially since Kabuto has nothing that can kill her nor does he have any counter for Katsuyu.

May I ask who voted Kabuto and why?

Pretapath and his army of alts did. Why? because he hates Tsunade.

Frankly Kabuto is stronger, he already beat her once, nothing would prevent him from beating her a second time.
The manga says so, there's absolutely no point in debating about this, you can't contradict the manga.
Kabuto is a taijutsu specialist, he outclassed her in speed and taijutsu during their fight.
He could have killed her with 1 hit by simply aiming for her neck with his chakra blade but he didn't, in other word he spared her life, he stated it himself.
The only Tsunade's fanboy arguments here are that he used pills to boost his stats, well guess what fanboys? Fighting pills are legit combat item, so quit whining.
Oh wait no that's not their only argument, they even say that he used her blood phobia against her. Well no, those manga pages show that he trashed her without resorting to using her blood phobia.
In the end, all your arguments are invalid and weak.
