Neji vs Suigetsu?

I was playing Generations last night and someone brought this up, It has me thinking about this the whole day!

Neji (taijutsu specialist) can't attack Suigetsu because his body would turn to water, so there is no way Neji can touch his chakra points.

But there has to be a counter that Neji can use to be able to damage Sui.

Who you guys think would win and how could Neji counter Suigetsu's techinique?

Neji is faster than Suigetsu, and 64 palms has quite a range.

even though he's liquified he still has chakra points, i'm guessing byakugan can easily detect those and get him , or wait for him to get solid again he can't maintain water form forever or he would stood a chance against the hachibi

Since suigetsu uses mainly water, wouldn;t it be fair to say neji's byakuugan can sense chakra in liquid substance? my money is on neji

I would also bet on Neji, in fact, I'd even say he's the perfect counter for suigetsu.

Suigetsu, all Neji uses is taijutsu to attack his opponents chakra points Suihetsu is immune to physical attacks.

Well, it is a predicament, but i don't think suigetsu would like it if neji discharged waves of chakra that flow through him in his liquified state, doing god knows what to his internal organs
