[Question] Should Fairy Tail be bloodier?

After the Tower of Heaven i've had this bad taste in my mouth that Erza should just do something instead of hold the blade on the villains throats... I don't care about Erza not doing it, but Fairy Tail lacks something... what do you think? (I'm not asking for Fairy Tail to become serious series here)

na ....i think FT is better like this .... FT will lose its originality if it goes apesh!t, hardcore bloodbath style.....

i know the anime is even more childish with the magic circles b4 the moves etc..... but for me the FT manga has a gud balance between action and immature funny stuff

anyway Erza is always a bada$$ even if she doesn't cut/kill anyone ......but you may get your bloodbath in the upcomming Erza vs Minerva battle xd

Nah, the bloodiness is more of a Naruto thing, Fairy Tail is also aimed for a bit younger audience.
It's good the way it is.

nah it's fine as it is. the template for erza's fights needs to change drastically though, she basically gets mullered, then there is some feelings crap, then she wins with one strike, it's lame. she was getting flattened by kagura, then when she used archenemy erza barely got scratched, and then erza wins with one strike? that's bs

Well, I do expect to see lots of blood during the Dragon Festival, but imo it's already good enough the way it is.

This is one of those special short chapters..And i was quite shocked to see blood in this that has nothing to do with the manga and well in the manga...we don't really get blood..well right now in the manga we are

Lol yeah i know just an OVA, but shocking nonetheless. But yeah agreed we don't get much in the manga at the moment. Then again, Fairy Tail never really put itself out there as a violent novel IMO
