What if the members of the Akatsuki set out to kill all 5 Kage to stop their interference before going after each tailed beast?
Battle Pairing!
1. Kisame/Itachi Vs. The 3rd Raikage
2. Deidara/Sasori Vs. Mei
3. Hidan/Kakuzu Vs. Tsunade
4. Pain/Konan Vs. Oonoki
5. Team Hawk Vs. Gaara
MY BET IS ON EACH KAGE IN THESE PAIRINGS!
I just want to start out by saying, that none of the kage can beat pein, let alone pein AND Konan. All 5 kage together couldn't beat Pein and Konan.
I assume you meant 4th raikage, but either way, the result is the same. The raikage can probably beat kisame, maybe, but him AND Itachi together, no, just no.
While Mei is vastly underrated, she doesn't have a chance against both of those members. If they were indoors, it would help her against Deidara because he can't go long range and bomb her, but she would get destroyed by Sasori, but if she's outside, she gets MURDERED by Deidara, even though it's a break from Sasori. I say maybe she can take them if its a tiny indoor space and she uses her most powerful acid mist.
Hidan can probably solo Tsunade, even though I hate to say it. All he has to go is rip his head off and have kakuzu reattach afterwards. Tsunade can't regenerate her whole head, so she's dead.
It's been explained that Oonoki can't POSSIBLY win his matchup.
I have to side with sasuke and team hawk on this one. Gaara's defense is actually not as absolute as sasuke's it was said in the manga. If Sasuke sticks with his amaterasu gaara won't be able to block it, since it's nearly instant. However even if Gaara's sand is able to counter amaterasu with his absolute defense because the sand senses the pressure caused by amaterasu, sasuke can just use enton, since it is instant Gaara really has no way to block it, except retreat into a sand shield and observe with the third eye jutsu. However, he probably won't be fast enough to stop sasuke going into susanoo, and that ball of amaterasu, arrows, and sword are far too powerful to be stopped with gaara's sand, it can't even stand up to a chidori.
