umm just wanted to know is it just me? or Naruto base is really acting like mother?
telling me do your homeworks or its time to sleep i'm just so confused

That is when you contact a staff member and ask what is going on, or take a look at Q&S other threads, there are like 4-5 right now recently closed and answered.
