Obito trusted Kisame with his greatest secret to make sure he had Kisame's full loyalty, Kisame was Obito's best subordinate, he was the only one that knew Obito was using Madara's name to ultimately start a war.

Kisame died to provide information to Obito, he was the only one who was looking forward to the world Obito was going to build.

His sacrifice and selflessness is proof of his loyalty. All the Akatsuki members were looking out for their own interests except for Kisame. He wanted what Obito wanted. Obito trusted him the most.

Why did Obito choose Kisame? Kisame was the kind of man who would carry out missions of betrayal and slaughter his own comrades without hesitation, to protect the Mist village's intel. That is the type of loyalty you almost never see.

It was precisely because of that reason, that Obito put all of his faith in Kisame and told him the entire truth about Tsuki no Me.

it has been explained, the moment Obito removed his mask and showed Kisame his face, it was explained.

Obito showed his face to Kisame twice. Obito was even apologetic about deceiving Kisame when he showed him who he truly was the second time, and Kisame jokingly called him Madara-San, because that was his alias.

Exactly Kabuto did not know Tobi´s REAL identity, he just knew he wasn´t really Madara but not much more on his true identity.
