[Discussion] What do you think made Unohana leave the 11th division to join the 4th (possible spo)

So we now know that unohana san, captain of the 4th divsion was privion Kenpachi! ^_^ If so how did she dramatically move to the 4th division? Who will die in this fight? Could her leaving the 11th division sparked the bullying that the 11th give the 4th? And her bankai heals, has she changed sword since giving up the title kenpachi? How the hell is she so scary? and whats wrong with captain comander. Sending them to fight to deth means losing a vauable person in the quincy war

She probably realised what kind of bitch she was, either by herself or after getting some sense beaten into her by Yamamoto or Tenjiro.

Zanpakuto can't be changed, as far as we currently know from the manga. She had Minazuki since the beginning and that is probably why Tenjiro considered her eligible to learn medical kido.

Zaraki's jump in power is probably worth Unohana's death, otherwise Shunsui wouldn't let the fight happen.

How do we know her bankai heals? All we really know about her is that she is one of the oldest captains, possibly even older than ukitake and shunsui. We now know that she was the kenpachi before zaraki, which means that she was an absolute beast. I have a feeling that if zaraki can unlock his shikai/bankai, then he would be powerful enough to own the quincy. He took out a handful of them just by being badass.

During the battle between Ichigo and Byakuya she brought down the people who Ichigo and Renji and fought with and once she had landed at the medical barracks said that they had mostly healed inside Minazuki which would show some sort of healing capabilities.

Also my prediction of why she left I think has to do with Zaraki himself. If you notice she mentions a wound on her neck(her only wound) which she had always hidden until that point. I think Zaraki gave her that wound and she gave him the one over his eye that is always covered. Maybe after receiving that wound she kinda woke up.

Correct, Unohana is much much older than Ukitake and Shunsui. She was a member of the original Gotei 13 along with Yamamoto - the very first Captains of Soul Society.

She wasn't the Kenpachi before Zaraki. She was the very first Kenpachi. Zaraki killed the previous Kenpachi, Kiganjo, to obtain his seat as Captain.

Zaraki won't be unlocking his Shikai or Bankai. He's only going to learn how to fight more efficiently and how to harness his strength.

I think it was most likely some sort of attempt to make up for her past that led to her learning how to heal and joining the 4th division. I also think that over time her zanpakuto changed. We know that the Zanpakuto reflects the soul of the Shinigami, and Unohana's persona was greatly altered, which could have feasibly altered the actual manifestation of her shikai and bankai. I also think this means now that her bloodlust has been released, her Zanpakuto will revert back to what it used to be.
