Well if Naruto makes mass shadow clones then I guess it would keep Zabuza and Haku guessing. Naruto will just gain information on where they are from the dispersed clones although I'm guessing Zabuza will counter it with water clones a few times. Gamabunta might play a part in this too. Some say Naruto needs the Kyuubi's chakra in order to summon him but I dunno.. Sasuke summoned Manda after his long fight with Deidara.

You're underrating Haku because he died in the first few Episodes , aren't you ?
He is too fast that Niether Naruto or bunta can see and keep up with.

He is only fast when he uses his mirrors. And when he is in the mirrors, Bunta can shatter them with his sword.
