[Predictions] why kakashi and obito didn't lose their eyesight ?

so this has been working on my mind a lot lately so could clear things up to me,so kakashi and obito can use the mangenkyu sharingan but why aren't they blind is it because they can't use amaterasu ? and why can't they use it ?

Obito's sharingan is one of kind. He can basically hide in the alternate dimension if he wanted to escape being killed.

I agree. I guess its the same reason why we never saw Madara use Amaterasu. My thought is that each Uchiha's eyes unlock different abilities and techniques unique to certain bloodlines within the clan.
