Who did Kishi make more OP?

Nagato and Edo Madara. Nagato was too OP Kishi made him crippled and he was still able to destroy a village via 6POP and made a Chibaku Tensei that temporarily subdued Naurto in six tails and overwhelmed KM Naruto and Killer Bee. Edo Madara toyed with five kage drops metors from the sky one swing from his Susano'o destroys mountains.

Nagato was OP first but Naruto is definitely more OP now... and take into consideration that he is only going to get stronger.
