my list is simply edo madara, ,edo nagato edo itachi hashirama, and maybe oro maybe obito and kabutomaru, might be able to beat bm naruto.
now this said, the above is my list of people who truly may be able to beat bm naruto. Others may be able to do it that is not on my list, but the others are more like 50/50. Keep in mind that km naruto pretty much soloed a war, and bm naruto took on 6 bijuu at once(also was giving edo madara a really hard time. He has so much chakra in bm, that team oro all the way in konoha can feel it. And also he has so much chakra that he was able to give it out to many people in the alliance, and vastly amplify their attacks.
below is people on your list that naruto can beat, and why
current sasuke has shown zero feats for lasting againts bm naruto(example, with lava his susanoo melted, but km naruto was just like (hot hot) and either did not take damage or healed from it. Naruto has bounds more speed than sasuke, and at least 25 TIMES the amount of chakra that sasuke has. Until we see some new feats from sasuke, bm naruto is out of his league.
minato cant take bm naruto, because minato doesnt have the chakra levels to compete with naruto. As naruto is known as the number 1 unpredictable ninja, and fights diferently than most ninja, minato would not be able to use his intellect to beat naruto. Also narutos reaction timing and speed are on par with minato if not superior. So simply minato doesnt have the chakra levels to compete, and naruto would win(im being realistic here...)
naruto beats itachi because itachi is incapable of haveing chakra levels to come close to competeing with him. also his tsukyomi only works if naruto looks in itachis eyes, and izanami only works on people who try to change their fate, or people who are not themselves.
