Mount Hokage Omen?

I noticed in the last chapter, it looks like there is a crack across Tsunade's face on the mountain, on page 2. This reminded me of when Hiruzen's face was cracked on the mountain when he was fighting Orochimaru.
Just something I picked up, any thoughts??

If it were to imply anything it would have been made more obvious. We can also see a crack on the fourth's face. I don't think it is there to imply anything but that the face is carved in rock and rocks crack from time to time. I do think she will die but not that the mountain are forshadowing it. We would at least get a closer shot at it if so.

everybody has a crack be3cause everyone is dead..is it that hard to understand, when first made tsunades rock was perfect and the rest where cracked now her's is cracked seems like chakra is infused into the stone face stopping ti from being destroyed and when the person whos chakra is inside fades a crack appears releaseing the chakra..thats my theory

Or cracks could come naturally. The third cracking at the same time being an omen or just a coincidense.
