The point to what i'm saying is that, each character can be very suitable our more proficient than an ordinary ( like no one) doujustu clan. Kakashi, Ao, and nagato are prime examples. kakashi can beat most off screen uchiha's but that doesn't make him better than the top strongest uchiha's. these two characters were shown to wield it well due to chakra( nagato: can handle the life consuming tech), Intellectual use( kakashi: fully using the sharingan to copy 1,000 justus even elemental), and finally Focusing on its abilities never done before( Ao, using byukagan to sense a specific enemy).
