Top 5 underrated

These are the ninja I feel are the most underrated on this base. Everyone is maybe a lil biased but these ninja I feel are just done wrong.

1 hiruzen sarurobi - he gets not love on here but the manga gives him the greatest hype.

2 minato - people know he is strong but don't truely understand how powerful he is. Most ninja look forward to a challenge except when they face minato. No other ninja makes people flee just from spotting him. That let's you know he was probably unbeatable

3 3rd raikage - he's a one man army who probably has the most chakra of any ninja who doesn't have a tail beast. He defeated 10,000 ninja in a 3 day battle most ninja run out of chakra in a couple of hours.

4 hanzo - I always see people list one of the sannin either jirayai or oro on their top 10 list yet all 3 of them and other ninja couldn't defeat this guy. He made them famous n yet he gets no respect on here but I kind of understand why cuz he wasn't that impressive as an edo but he's top 10 material by hype

5 nagato and 6 paths - some of you may think this is ridiculous but in all honesty nagato is the strongest living ninja shown. He could only be defeated by plot. His 6 paths are stronger than any single ninja also. Even the sage toad said the 6 path can't be defeated without Intel which isn't possible without jirayai meaning they could only be defeated by plot also.

Hiruzen's decent.
Minato's a beast, but his tiny arsenal is too big of a con.
3rd Raikage a monster. He never even used black lightning. Definitely underrated.
Hanzo sucks. Super overhyped.
Nagato's a god-like shinobi. Only a few shinobi pose a threat to him. No one would be able to beat him if he weren't such a intelligence-lacking, easily-manipulated character.

reason - no manga evidence is shown to suggest that she isn't as strong as the rest of team guy

Mhm Hanzo... I don't know about that point. He was really strong for sure, but I don't think that he still would have a big chance against Oro/Jiraya.
Nagato. Everyone says that Naruto defeated him, but what could Naruto do when he wouldn't have intel? Even he would come as far as with, Nagato still had enough chakra to kill him, if I didn't read something wrong.
No one could defeat Nagato without informations about hia 6 paths.

If you ask me he is the strongest kage either him or the tsuikage. Tsunde is to slow to get thru his sand which is as fast as the raikage, the mizukage has great ninjutsu but her chakra levels is low compared to the other kage and she wanted to give up and that makes her weak in my eyes.

It's kind of obvious. Lee and guy are 2 of the 5 fastest ninja in the narutoverse and neji was the strongest hyuga who even lee couldn't beat and I believe he could defeat guy. Tenten just have a lot of weapons and she hasn't been shown to be GREAT at using them only good.
