Who do you have as the best fighters in NV?

Who would you say are the best fighters in NV? When I say fighters , I mean the ones that come Taijutsu first and then technique. I'm talking pure fighters not the ones who solely rely on their visual prowess. So who do you have as your top 10 pure fighters in Naruto?

Now I know some of you fanboys and girls will name your favs, thats alright though. This is your list. I could only think of 7:
