Character's Speed || Argument

Me and a friend is having a argument about which character is the fastest, currently my list is as following:

1. Minato Namikaze
2. Naruto Uzumaki
3. Raikage
4. Gai and Lee
5. Sasuke Uchiha

Minato Namikaze
He moves at the speed of light, which you cannot move faster than unless you control the flow of time.

Naruto Uzumaki
Raikage is said to be the 2nd fastest Shinobi alive and Naruto dodged him at full speed.

Raikage
Said many times to be the fastest shinobi alive until Naruto and the 2nd fastest Shinobi ever until Naruto.

Gai and Lee
Now this is were me and my friend start to argue, he means I did a wrong by setting these 2 at the same spot... He means that Gai is faster than Lee, and I mean they are the same speed. Because they can both open the same amount of gates which would make them the same speed.

Sasuke Uchiha
Here is another point were we disagree, I mean that Sasuke deserves this spot, but my friend means that he doesn't. He means that Obito,Killer Bee and Itachi are all alot faster than Sasuke. The reason I don't think this is because Sasuke was able to dodge Killer Bee at full speed and if that doesn't make him faster than Killer Bee then the fact that Naruto dodged the Raikage doesn't make Naruto faster than him.

My friend means that Obito is faster than Sasuke because he can teleport, but Obito even teleport rather slowly, shown during the fight against Konan and Minato. He also said that Itachi have been said to be extremly fast in speed by a few characters in the series, but I mean that they have only said that he only does seals at a very fast speed.

So anyone could tell me who is most right?

Itachi has a 5 in the Databook while Sasuke has a 4.5, that puts Itachi above Sasuke.

Gai is faster than Lee in Base, so the Gates will give them the same amount of a buff, so Gai will be faster still.

so Minato,Obito are top 2...
Naruto comes third with his km and bm speed..
Raikage with his v2 armour
Gai- 5 in speed in databooks , As he trains mostly taijutsu and speed , i'll give him this

Kakashi -4.5
Sasuke - 4.5

But when was the last Databook on Sasuke? I can only find a Databook 3 with Itachi and a Databook 2 with Sasuke online... -.-

Yes but the time Obito uses to teleports makes him rather slow...

Gai's speed might be faster than Lees in normal, but if they both open the same amount of gates, wouldn't that make them the same speed. BTW, Lee trains ONLY Taijutsu and Speed. Also didn't Sasuke show to be the same speed as Kakashi after the Danzo fight evne when Sasuke was a lot weaker because of the fight with Danzo.

It takes Obito a few seconds to teleport, so he's quite slow, while he's teleporting gai or lee in gates could just quickly run and hit him in that space of time

Sasuke speed is = to itachi's and naruto isn't fast, half of those characters don't need to use jutsu or chakra and shrangan wouldn't matter it doesn't control the feet.

Okay, thanks for that BTW... Just one tiny little thing... When was that Databook made =3 As the latest picture is from the Deidara fight and Sasuke have gotten faster since then....

Obito can get from sunagakure to konoha faster than any ninja on feat can...he's crossing through dimensions ....
Zetsu commented he moves at the speed of light

He dissapeared from fighting kakashi,naruto,shino etc, and got to itachi's and sasuke's location faster than even zetsu.. then he proceeded to call Zetsu slow

they have the same databook score and both have been portrayed as being incredibly fast ..i'm giving kakashi the edge on gut

Can't tell you the exact date, but the databook 3 came out around when naruto was doing sage mode training.. , so a bit after the deidara fight...

And nope, what training has sasuke really gotten time to do? after implanting itachi's eyes , he sat still in a room while getting accustomed to the eyes for almost the entire war thus far... he hasn't done any training to increase speed.. and his new susanno only fighting style mostly keeps him stationary

Naruto dodoged Raikage when the Raikage was at full speed. That alone makes him the 2nd fastest.
Naruto,Minato,Sasuke,Raikage,Lee and Gai are fast regardless if they use a jutsu or not.

what about Hanzo for example? he had shunshin.
or Shisui whos name basically screams out speed.

Could also say second hokage then also in top 3 since he had s/t.

He is fast, but the Minato is faster. As he can get from 1 location to another faster than him since Minato uses less time to teleport. And in combat Obito's teleport is too slow to actually use, shown when Minato crushed Obito with his rasengan.

And I am giving Sasuke the edge on gut....
