Sakura mid-high difficulty.

Sakura should be able to break out of Tayuya's genjutsu due to her excellent chakra control and her skill in the field of genjutsu (at least breaking it).

Sakura is faster and once she gets close to Tayuya, Tayuya has no chance at victory. Her demons may prove to be formidable to overcome though.
