Overrated: Far too many to name

Underrated: Hanzo, Tobirama (hype), Pain (due to Nagato's appearance), Kisame, Muu and the 3rd Raikage.

Naruto and Sasuke both are overated

Nagato lost.so fast against itachi and he lost before

I see Itachi rated higher than what he has achieved. So for overrated Itachi.
Underrated Konoha 11 barring Naruto.

i agree with u....dis is very often here.. but overrating sasuke is driving me nuts

people's point of view, are different on all characters.. some like to downplay their hate characters, and seem to believe their fav character is underrated.. to be completely fair.. all characters are underrated and overrated.
