Clearly shows it is night in anime, you assume that they were elite, no one noticed that kushina was gone, if it was a sloppy kidnapping they still wouldnt have noticed.
The sharingan helps you with relfexes and with 3 tomoe you are able to track fast moving objects. Itachi did this when they had 3 tomoe and were tensed and ready while minato had a suprise attack at night. Not even comparable.
If you can show me the scan were it is stated they are elite then of course you are right.
