The alliance are fighting the jubi without all of Kurama and Gyuki......and the other half of the jubi is sealed into the moon.

Seeing how Kurama could basically beat the first 2-7tails at one time, that means that Kurama and B together=way more than half of the earth biju's power.

So, basically the Jubi they're fighting isn't even HALF of the Jubi's real power.

Sage sealed Jubi inside him, which means Sage must be on the same power range as the Jubi, if not higher, BEFORE he sealed the Jubi inside him:

The sage has fire release, water release, lightning release, wind release, earth release, yin release, yang release, and yin/yang release....due to rinnegan.

All rinnegan abilities, including creation of all things.

Weapons:
Bashosen: all five basic elemental natures
Bennishago: takes word soul
Kohaku no Johei: seals anyone up
Kokinjo: takes word soul
Shichiseiken: sever word soul

So now to summarize Sage's power:
1. Initially stronger than Jubi before he sealed him up
2. Has jubi inside him.
3. Rinnegan on a much higher scale then anyone in this manga.
4. Basic five elements, Yin, Yang, and yin yang release
5. Bashosen, Bennishago, Kohaku no johei, Kokinjo, Shichiseiken

However, there is a slight chance that fighting the entire shinobi world at once may overwhelm him. It would be unlikely for anyone to get close though, considering he can use the Rinnengan and his tools to push back/absorb jutsu.
