How you think this would have played out?

Hey guys so I was going through some old chapters and I saw this page and Kabuto mentions two brothers being left alone by friends. First thing that came up in my head was Itachi and Kisame being kinda like close friends, what would be the outcome if it was Itachi and Kisame vs DSM Kabuto?
