This is 2nd time ino used mind transfer on obito but why only obito?

I'm wondering cause it's not only obito that's controlling the jubi madara is too so why is it since the alliance arrived on the battlefield ino has used mind transfer jutsu on obito twice, is there a reason why she only targets obito?.

Hmmmm good point! I forgot if this happened before but you are right it did.

Maybe Shikaku noticed something over the course of the battle and said to focus on Obito? This seems the only possibility.

Like other people said it is because obito is alive and madara is not but I'm pretty sure it's because obito is the one controlling the juubi. I also think madara is only connected to the bijuu in case obito looses control when his chakra goes too low.

She went after Obito because Obito is the one who launched the attacks both times (TBB and Mokuton Sashiki).

Madara is probably way too powrfull to even attempt, it, after all, Tobi is nothing compared to him.
