One. Fixed the video
Two. Top tiers of One Piece > Naruto top tiers. Not by much though. White Beard is just insane. Anyone not named WhiteBeard who has shown feats won't beat Madara. Juubi >>>>> One Piece verse however.
Three. Edo form makes this much harder for WB. No edo = WB >>>>> Madara.
Four. This would be a close match, but WB does have a counter to almost everything Madara can dish out. I think I would give this to.....Madara for now, just because of edo.
Five. The top comment on this Youtube video describes WB in a nutshell.
