I'm thinking the parents we know of Nagato are not his biological parents,
He was left on the porch after Madara gave him his eyes.

Uzumakis are all from Uzunokumi so Nagato ending up in Amegakure could be part of Madaras initial plan

It is possible that his parents are his real parents and that they survived the destruction of the uzumaki clan, but still having Madara "kidnap" Nagato then experimenting with eyes, then returning them to his parents seems unlikely

And madara is hooked up to Juubi at this point so not like he can move anywhere

Madara had one eye with him before implanting the rinnegans, so he was never completely blind during the process. Also at that time he wasn't too old that he had to be connected to Mazo.

Still he unlocked Rinnegan on verge of death, as soon as he got, he used to summon Juubi and other mysteries, but I guess it can be true he waited until after nagatos transplant to hook to mazou with his one eye

it seems to be really hard to find one tho, in the entire naruto series we have had only 4 uzumakis, even the suppoused massacred uchiha have almost that many
