One of the most underrated shinobis ever is the great Second Tsuchikage Muu. People say that he is below Itachi or Sasuke but that isn't the case I assure you.

The only Uchiha that are above him are Obito and Madara which happen to be with everyone because Obito and Madara are the strongest. But Muu is above the rest.
Those who think that Itachi and Shisui will KA or Tsukuyomi him need to uderstand that Muu can become invisible to all the visual Genjutsus are rendered useless. Even he can't become the target of Amaterasu as no one can see him also the fact that he has great reflexes and is a great sensor.
With Obito and Madara out of the picture no other Uchiha has answer to Muu's abilities or his Jinton.

2. Muu can Fly.
3. Muu can become Invisible.
4. Muu can split himself.
5. Muu has Kekkei Tota i.e. his Jinton.
6. Muu has great reflexes that Surpass even the likes of 3rd Raikage.
7. The alliance with likes of Garra, Naruto, Onnoki failed to capture and seal him to the very end.
8. He has lost only one battle in his lifetime and that was with EMS Madara.
9. He is very smart, experienced and cunning.

Jinton blast is simply put is an instant Murder tech. Its fast and lethal and it can't be blocked. Its So OP that Kishi systematically PNJ'd it.

Muu uses the same techs as Onnoki or rather Onnoki uses Muu's techs -
Jinton's greatest feat i.e. Soloing 20-25 Susanoos -
Now before saying it was Tsunade+Onnoki remember this that both of them worn out especially Onnoki who fought 3-4 Kages and took care of Madara's Meteor Jutsu.
