even with his cheat codes minato still beats him,how can itachi cast tsukiyomi or amaterasu on minato if he'll be always teleporting?
itachi can't track minato with sharingan since it's not physical movement it's teleportation.
another thing itachi can't keep his plot armour susanoo forever,i doubt he can even keep it for 5 minutes,while minato can teleport as much as he can.once his susanoo is down he's dead.one kunai on each side and he won't know what hit him.
and i bet you think he can use amaterasu and tsukiyomi a lot,well newsflash he won't be using more than 5 before he's out of chakra.

Minato needs to throw a Kunai to teleport, Itachi is master in Shuriken throwing as he demonstrated to hit a blindspot, so he can throw a Shuriken towards Minato's to deflect it away and make Minato Teleport to where Itachi wants him to and cast him in a Genjutsu or Amaturasu the **** out of him.

that's because all those shurikens were frontal not the sides or from the back.he can block the frontal assaults but when he will get an attack from the back he will be forced to either deflect it from a close range meaning he will have to prepare for either a frontal assault from minato or he will wait for nothing because minato could have jumped to another kunai to lure him into losing focus on the kunai in his face,and attack him from another angle.minato is that unpredictible.
and that's why it's really hard to fight him unless you have a permanent shield.

Since this has become an itachi vs minato thread i have no choice but to join in..

Tldr:itachi wins

Shuriken mastery: itachi has shown the ability to throw shurikens in rapid succesion and with percise accuracy.whata more is he was able to draw and throw shuriken at the same speed as sasuke,who was actually summoning them rather then grabbing them from a toolbag.its undebatable he can deflect minatos kunai knifes before they land near him.

High intellect.now i could say hes smarter then minato but thats not confirmable so ill just stick to saying hes a genius.if bee was able to detect minatos ftg itachi can no prob.

Mangekyo sharingan:sussano. sussano is strong enough to tank rasengan.dont argue with that.but more importantly,he can activate it almost instantly.he was able to activate it before sasukes kirin could strike.kirin hits the ground in a 16th of a second.

tsukoyomi:minato has shown no genjutsu counters.its safe to say he cant break out of the strongest genjutsu if caught.

Water style ninjutsurobably wondering why i included this.water washes away the kunai and if he makes a river of it the kunai will always sink nulling their effect.
