uuh 1 obito and madra are both controlling the juubi and as stated they have to be careful with it

2 kabuto revived madara in his prime state he knew what he was doing
3 if he has unlitmed chakra he should be able to divid ehis charka amongst as many clone as he wants to

even both controlling the juubi,it was way too easily handed to them,they didn't even struggle a little to fight it,and the manga quality dropped to the ground after they got the juubi,it became annoying and repetiteve.
pt2lease it was a plot,if he can make peple healthier then why nagato was crippled?if nagato could walk he would've been a lot more powerful and wouldn't have been sealed that easily by itachi.
pt3:he have unlimited chakra meaning he have a chakra limit if he uses a jutsu that level of chakra will be repleneshed,or else why would he need juubi to use for his moon eye plan,he wants higher chakra levels to achieve that.

Well, it's for two reasons. One, because all the casual babbies would cry if that happened(i.e. Madara being utterly logical) and 2. Obito already started the ten-tails Resurrection, thus when the ten-tails revived It took both Madara and Obito to control.

It is easy bro... Think about for a sec, what is Madara and Obito's plan? If they were to wipe out everyone then what would be the purpose of this plan?
Obito does not want to kill everyone but he is simply breaking them down slowly and that he wants them to feel pain and beg to be put under that BS genjutsu.

Madara simply has to be Obito's bitch for now.

I guess you could call this a plot protecter, but here is one thought.

Obito and Madara together are struggling it seems to control the Juubi....it is possible he has to put far more focus on it than he'd like.

Also....once he arrived where Obito was he saw the Juubi process underway...he may have figured no making the number of clones wasn't going to make any sense since he'd have to cancel them and go jump Juubi.

Third is the actual fighting he did just before the Juubi. Madara used the wood dragon and simply expected it to beat Kurama because it did so last time...why bother with clones when the dragon is enough.

Immediately after the destiny he gets blown back bay Day Time Tiger...proceeds to get up when the Juubi revives.

The final note is Madara's personality is what was truly trolled....he's arrogant.
How many times has he regarded everyone as trash. How many times has he worshipped and longed for Hashirama....toooo many times.

Uchiha Madara doesn't need to be serious because he is Uchiha Madara....he thinks there is no one with Hashirama's skill so he doesn't need to bother dealing with trash.....for example, if you are being attacked by a worm....are you reallly going to go all out on the worm? That's Madara's logic.

I don't think he's gotten trolled so much as Kishi remembered there's another villan that he needs to give screen time to. Finishing up Madara's character depth doesn't fit the current Obito trying to break Naruto's spirt to show him what true reality is. Of course Madara could wipe everyone out, but it's more dramatic to have Obito do it b/c Kishi is going for the whole fall from grace thing.
