Obito's flashbacks show that he wore the mask back in the academy, which is likely before his father committed suicide. Also, if the sole reason he wore the mask was shame over his father, he would've removed it a long time ago. He got over it.

The manga page showing his father dead(lying on the floor) reveals a very young kakashi(small in size). So, it can surely be before his academy days. Moreover, kakashi graduated very fast to a jounin.

I know that he found his father dead. But, the manga doesn't show him wearing a mask. Infact, it only showed shadows.

He can, and do ANYTHING with his creation, masquerading Hanzo isnt likely the same, coz its Kakashi's style, so he must give kakashi different looks.

I really dont think theres an actual explanation for it. Kishi made the mask part of Kakashi's design in Part 1 and it just stuck to him. You dont need to read into it that much.
