why were there no uchiha summonings apart from madara

i was finking, all the uchiha are dead ,so there all able to be braught back by edo tensai.
do you fink sasuke will try to literally ressurect the clan from death?
and that also leads me to my next point i fink it would be kool if the scroll
that suigetsu found was a uchiha clan summoning,
then sasuke can use his reanimated army of uchihas to crush the leaf ??????

In one of the chikara episodes, inabi uchiha was with kabuto, he was the long haired uchiha who was with the other two uchiha's questioning itachi about shisui's death... (Too lazy to post pic...) ik it's not canon but hey, atleast we saw something xD
