The only thing that's "starting" is the new level of casual appeasement Kishi is doing. He's always been giving naruto retarded "power-ups" to beat the current challenge, simply because babbies cry and the only people who are so stupid as to want to change Kishi's story based on their own stupid opinion are swine, and unfortunately the swine have the money to bribe kishi.
