Youre an idiot. That is what theyre trained to do. They operate for their protection first. Is the first logical thought you think when you see a swerving car is that the person is having a diabetic shock? Probably not. The kicking was quite clearly not necessary. Not all cops are good but they did the right thing in restraining him considering they had no idea of his condition.

I in no way justified the head kicking. I said it was ****ed up. And yes, the laughing was unnecessary also but as far as the procedure of taking him out of the car and arresting him, they did nothing wrong. Of course there are ****ed up people in the world.
