i know it's sounds like a joke, but in my opinion the one who knows everything is HIRUZEN, if we based on the character that have shown up in the story
1. he is hashirama and tobirama student (so he live at madara's era)
2. knows all of shinobi wars
3. knows genocide of uchiha
4. knows orochimaru secret observation
5. knows the story about kyubi, uzumaki's clan
6. have crystal ball (LOL)
so based on manga, he lived on the 1st hokage era until 5th ( his student ), knows all top secret at shinobi world, so how is your opinion?

hiruzen is sealed... anyways from the last chapter it seems there were sensing a chakra type despite not even being sensors.. this could of been the 'one who knows everything' chakra... if it is then it would mean that the one they are going to meet is still alive

it seems even orochimaru knew about this chakra so they are either going to a special area within konoha that emits a special energy or its someone that is still alive that would have a special chakra type since a non sensor ninja can sense it

lol anyways this is just an opinion there are still many possibilities xD

My guess is Sasuke going to meet his parents. The point is that Sasuke is still confused on the path he must choose to walk. The reason he is going to meet his parents is that he wants to know what made Itachi to love the village even after being an Uchiha. He wants to know what his parents felt about the village and the clan. What made them to set a coup against the village? What made the m to feel proud about Itachi's decision of supporting the village? What they want their younger son Sasuke to follow, either on his brother's path or his clan's path. And what if they learn that the one from whom the hatred has passed down, their founder Uchiha Madara is revived.

IMO people who really know that tobi is obito is just madara, zetsu, dan obito himself, am i wrong? i would be surprised if there is someone else who knows who is tobi really is.

about sealing, IIRC when orochimaru battling hiruzen he wanted to summon 1st, 2nd, 4th but 3rd hastily throw a shuriken to cancel the awakening although minato use fuuin to seal half of the kyubii

and about chakra they were sensed, i think it's naruto because sasuke look pissed off because of that
