That's exactly why he is refering to Naruto.Sasuke always saw him as a rival and always got pissed when Naruto's power was progressing.It's only natural it will bother him now too.

It must be Narutos Chakra they sensed. Sasuke won't be bothered by it if it was from Juubi. I said that because Sasuke rival is Naruto, and it always bother him when it is about Naruto.
