This week's manga (questions related)

So here is the list of questions that are still unanswered in the recent manga and thier probable answers according to me:

1. Who are the two who know everything? (probably the two village elders)
2. What was that huge chakra that even Juugo,Suigetsu and Sasuke could feel without being the sensory types? And how come its in Konoha and no one ever felt it before? (no clue)
3. Is Kishimoto giving us clues that Tobi will turn good? (probably yes)
