[Spoilers] The mysterious Character Sasuke is meeting"The one who knows everything".

This mysterious Character in the scans I have posted with the face tattoo is the only logical character it could be. As we can tell from the scans he has a high rank in this organisation and looks to have equal stature to Orochimaru. Danzo and Orochimaru have vast Information making them very informed people, likewise with this mysterious character.

From what I can tell he is a member of the Aburame clan because of the Dark glasses he wears which is a trait of that Clan. In the manga and anime Torune's father is mentioned, "Shikuro Aburame" but never given a face. I can predict that because Torune is a member of Root, it is entirely possible that this mysterious man with the face Tatoo is Torunes father,"Shikuro Aburame".

I think it's more to do with giving Shikuro Aburame credit, raising his reputation to the reader from a very renowned character Tobi.

Because of the glasses I'm going to make a wild guess he's from the Aburame clan.

EDIT: Damn while typing this out five posts were made commenting on the same clan. I guess it's not such a wild guess after all.
