The chakra sasuke sensed,is kurama's modified chakra,because its only kurama and juubi that are the active entities now,but no one can sense the juubi's chakra,only those that mastered sage mode.
So its definetly kurama/naruto's chakra.

im pretty sure that it is the ones who know everything, and they sense it as they get closer...if not then its the juubis...
