According to me Raikage has been the most useless kage in this war arc...

He is a handicap now as he doesnt have 1 hand...:sy::sy:

He just has a speed nothing else...

If he had a both hands may be he would have been little useful...

First he gets beaten by sasuke...Than How the hell does he think he has a chance infront of madara....

first even with one hand the man is a force to be reckoned with... two he has speed and power, more so than any other kage... three if gara wouldnt of stoped raikage sasuke would died again raikage ( granted he would lost another limb)... so in conclusion, not useless... his only down fall is his temper...
