She's an excellent in the direct fire support role. She's just rarely depicted in the manga, and when she is - hardly ever in a sensible role for her character.

One-on-one, she's probably going to be somewhat fragile of a fighter. Her greatest ability is that of supporting her team - being able to deliver precision and saturation fire at all ranges.

Going into a war, I'd want her on my team. She's comparable to having an artillery brigade at your beck and call or an AC-130 providing CAS. Magical stuff to have when you're going into the shit.
