3rd raikage vs madara

First off I would like to point out I mean a living madara not edo madara. So let's say ems madara.
I believe the raikage could pull of a victory over ems madara even tho I know madara would probably win more times than not cuz of genjutsu. But besides genjutsu I don't think the raikage could be defeated with taijutsu cuz of his speed and the only ninjutsu that could work would be a wind jutsu which we have no clue if madara have any. The only known ninjutsu to hurt him is his own.
But please give me some thoughts?

The problem is if Madara gets serious....Raikage probably doesn't beat out Perfect Susanoo.

Maybee out of ten fights he wins maybee once....if his speed blits with a lariat is fast enough he might win...otherwise he loses.

One problem with the Taijutsu argument could be the Sharingan....it excells in tracking/predicting movements....with his war fan he can then negate and reflect the Raikage's attack against him.

U guys seriously underrate the 3rd raikage. He did defeated 10,000 ninja in a 3day battle and is the only ninja to defeat a tail beast by himself not on one occasion but multiple
