Skimmed through most of it, good work nonetheless. In the manner that you explained it, the theory could be plausible. I had a similar theory myself in one of my threads, I just didn't narrow it down to being Uchiha Shisui completely.

I have however, come up with an alternative theory. Now, as most will agree, Sasuke received the truth from Itachi about the events that occurred on the night of the massacre, so he has no reason to search any more truth about that night since he pretty much received it all. Now, up until now, Sasuke has had an immense hatred for Konoha for the way they mistreated the Uchiha. However, with the recent chapter of him and Orochimaru, he was shown to have doubts. Why such a sudden change in heart? My guess, (which some have already stated), is that Sasuke wants to know the truth about what happened that night when the Kyuubi attacked the village. Because that event is the sole instigator in what lead to the Uchiha to be accused and then prompted a retaliation from them, which resulted in their assassination. The only person capable of knowing "this truth" is none other than Minato.

If the contents of the scroll truly consist of a method to undo the Reaper Death Seal, then it would explain why Sasuke had the sudden change in heart of his hatred towards Konoha and further explains his need to use the jutsu. Those arguing he said "them", so it can't just be someone like Minato. Well, the 3 other Kage's are trapped in the RDS aswell, now, if I am not mistaken, they all had history with the Uchiha. The 1st and 2nd had countless battles against them and no one would possess more knowledge about Madara than the first. The 3rd Hokage was responsible for looking out for Sasuke and met occasionally with Itachi to confirm Sasuke's safety. This coupled with the fact that he was against the whole plan of assassinating the Uchiha, would make him also a candidate for Sasuke to meet. As mentioned with Minato, he fought Tobi and new who was responsible for the Kyuubi's attack, so that, along with the knowledge that the other 3 Hokage's have about/of the Uchiha, makes them prime candidates to fit Sasuke's claim of "the one's who know everything".

I'd say either Shisui is alive or they're trying to resurrect Danzo.
Can't tell me that wouldn't be an awkward conversation.

The notion that the Uchihas felt oppressed by Tobirama's relegation of their clan to the seemingly insignificant Konoha police force is a statement from Tobi, which leaves room for doubt if what he said was actually true or not, and even if we assume that it was one of the initial catalyst of the friction between The Uchihas and the Village, then what would he answer? naturally as a Senju and the brother of the First Hokage who fought the renegade Madara, he would just answer that he was doing his job as Hokage in protecting the village. And you must take into consideration the semantics of Sasuke's words of " what is a clan, village" that the two are intertwined in the nature of his inquiry, of what the Uchiha clan is and its' relation to Konoha and the mindset of one who supported both even in the face of animosity from one or the other, so it's most probably Shisui

Yes the Uchiha would of felt oppressed and I do think Shisui is probably who he is going to meet but, if sasuke wants to find out on his own he really needs to find out both sides of the story wouldn't he. That why I got to thinking that he might need to meet a Senju so he can truly make a decision on his own. Sasui did give his life for Konoha and knew what his clan was up to and all of that but It would make since that Kishimoto would let him meet Tobirama because he would answer it, like Sasuke obviously knows what a clan and village are but he wants to probably know why the village and clans disputed in the first place and maybe he wants to know what it is about the leaf village that is so special for either one of them to give their lives up in an instant just for the sake of the village. Like the will of fire only a Hokage could explain it to him really but i do think that Shisui is the most probable one for who he will meet but i do think Tobirama is a possibility too. Tobirama and Shisui i think both got about the same screen time and that might be another reason why Kishi would pick either

You make a good point and I'm not closed to the possibility that the scroll has the power to break the RDS, personally it would be more exciting plot-wise if that was the case but I'm basing my theory on that which is more probable, but it would be good to see the Hokages again, and if what Hiruzen said was true, would give their souls release from the tortures of the Reaper's belly, and like I said he could be meeting not one, but many people which Oro possibly referred to as "them" so there's the possibility they could be Shisui along with the Hokages, Fugaku, or other characters

I was watching the new english naruto episodes and i realized what was on the scroll. in the episode jairiah said oros parends got killed and he got obsesed with forbidden jutsus so he could bring them back so i bet on the scroll is a secret to edo tensi so he could bring them back and stuff like that

Then, a young masked boy appears. The boy and Sasuke exchange words. The boy questions Tobi's motives. "Why didn't Tobi tell you about Itachi earlier? If he had, you wouldn't have had to kill him. It's clear Tobi wanted to make your hatred grow." It seems the boy wants Sasuke not to trust Tobi. Sasuke asks if this is a dream. The boy neither denies nor affirms this.
