I manipulated my wind-chakra infront of me to create 3 tornadoes infront of your clone. I used my chakra to move my tornadoes in a circle way.... And engulfing your clone inside it. I then concentrated my chakra to hit your clone from one tornado which make him fly to my another tornado and samueltaniously i closed him into my tornadoes and crushed him like a moving crusher..... Ahhh yeah.... I did it...

Hush sensei!! I channeled my wind chakra and used Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals and create a mass vortex of wind infront of me. I used my wind chakra to control that vortex of wind and slammed your clone.. Your clone was thrown away by the impact and eventually dissappeared in the air..

Also, at your question... the most you can learn at jounin is A-rank jutsu. Once you get to S-class you can learn up to S-rank, which I suppose is mastering.
Why did the wind push my clone instead of cutting him? It was supposed to push him yes, but you didn't mention any manipulation other than creating a vortex, which with another jutsu, would instead cut my clone.
Describe how you manipulate the wind, using your chakra, so that it can push my clone. Check my earlier posts, I should have mentioned something about it when we started.

I accumulated my wind chakra around my hand and shaped it thinner and sharp like cutting materials. I produced an cutting arc of wind around my hands and weaved at your clone's legs and hands... This will make my enemy unable to do any hand signs and make him slow. And when that cutting arc slashed your clone, it cut his limbs and made him dissappear..

Okay, my clone is going to use (Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm (C-rank) against you. I want you to gather your wind chakra and manipulate the wind in front of you to create a sharp arc of wind to slice my clones jutsu in half. This should render it useless.
I collected the air infront of me using my wind-chakra. I shaped all the wind thinner and sharper than before. I manipulated my chakra to give it an slashing sharp arc around my hand.
And when i saw your clone using (Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm (C-rank), i fastly responded and weaved my hands that forwarded my sharp cutting wind-arc towards ur clone.
When my wind-arc and that wind-wall collided, i saw that your clone's jutsu was destroyed into halves.. Abd samuetaniously my wind-arc stopped by hitting ur clone into 2 halves. So sensei, sharp wind-arc gives greater affect than wide-blunt wind-wall?

Sharp wind arcs give the wind greater cutting ability, where as blunt wind arcs will generally push objects away with a greater impact.
Note that you can only negate up to c-rank jutsu with that one.
After you perform the Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals, I want you to use your wind chakra to create a lightly swirling vortex of leaves and flower petals. Direct it to creep up on my clone, where you will then take him by surprise, speeding up the vortex to trap in within. The vortex should knock my clone around while he is trapped, but you can follow up with a fire attack to deal even greater damage.

I generated my chakras around my body, and performed Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals which enabled me to create a swirling vortex of several leaves and flower-petals. Then i slightely took it towards your clone and all of a sudden, i increased the amount of chakra and pressure to the vortex which increased the speed of vortex engulfing your clone inside and knocking him around..., while i trapped him inside my vortex i added my fire-chakra to it that finally burnt your clone to asses....

Umm... This one is like Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike that you just recently learnt with the exception that it has no hand seals or movement. You just simply use your chakra to manipulate the wind, forming a thin, slicing attack to strike my clone. No need to perform it.
Using a sword... borrow mine if needed... and channel your wind chakra into it, then swing it at my clone to release a powerful whirlwind towards him.

I proceed to permorm two set of hand seals and opened my mouth to exhale a small amount of chakra to manupulate the air infront of me.I added some amount of chakra to shape it's blade sharp and thin. As i whirled my shuriken towards ur clone.... It accumulated the air around it and turned into demon wind shuriken.
It directly slashed the legs of ur clone, making him totally immobile. Then **puff** it dissappeared.

I inhaled air with a long breath. I mixed all the air with my wind-chakra. I exhaled it with a deep force in such a way that while in-contact with outer-atmoshphere it's impact and size are increased.
And all of a sudden i aimed your clone and with a giant thrust of that wind-blast your clone was sent flying towards sky....i cant even guess where it went.. Wohoo...

Then, release it in the form of a swirling vortex that travels along your body, covering yourself in wind. Then make the vortex surrounding your body (it's at skin level but above your clothes) push outwards as if you where covered in mud and you had to push it off of you.
