Powerful Hollows Or Weak Quincys???

When the Soul Society invasion by quincys ended,i saw that an average quincy was stronger that an average shinigami.If you remember the beginning of Bleach,Ichigo's mom(who's a quincy,but still not proved 100%),was killed by just one hollow,while Ishida's grandfather was killed by about three or four hollows.I don't get it,later in Bleach,hollow became a total joke for shinigamis...so it's like this:

Quincy>Shinigami
Shinigami>Hollow
Hollow>Quincy

the quincies were able to steal their bankai, also keep in mind that all the weak quincies were killed only the strongest stayed alive.. so they look strong in a pool of lower rank shinigamis.. when captian leve fought with them they were shocked about the Bankai and during the confusion they defeated higher level shinigamis.. but thats my opinion..

They only trashed the Soul Reapers cuz they could steal Bankais.

The hollows were simply an obstacle that the shinigami overcame.

Just like the Quincy, they're a difficult obstacle that the shinigami will have to overcome

because apparently, everyone has beef with Shinigami...

Quincy are indeed powerful, and when they attacked soul socity it was shocking how the shanigames didn't stand a chance........ However the captains then intervend..........

Once the captains intervened it was apparent that tge Quincy would not last against them especially with there bankai, however because of the quicny foreshadowing the future they were properly prepared. They invented a device that would steal the Bankai form the captains once they use them...... Thus makeing things easier for them.

Granted that without Bankai's quicny seemed to walk all over the shanigams, however the shanigams did put up a fight without there powerful Attacks....... If you recall as well only 2-4 captains used there Bankai.
So technically if only the low number of captains fought and used there Bankai and still managers to service is impress it self.

By the way the commandor himself would have destroyed the whole Quincy squad in mere minutes if he didn't get so careless and neiave.

Also there is both weak and strong in all them not everybody has exactly the same strength.
