Why Did Obito Not Keep Kuruma?

When Obito captured the Nine-Tails after Naruto's birth, why did he use it to attack the village and not keep it like he did the other bijuus?

I might have missed something.Just wondering.

This is a made up scenario but go with it:

If obito were to go back with Kurama instead of attacking Konoha then Obito would of been in deep ***t as Minato and all of konoha would be after him. Attacking konoha without giving them hope was the best option for tobi

I doubt he had the chakra to keep the kyuubi under controll after the fight with minato. Plus minato was still around so he most likely didn't want to risk getting into another fight with him after getting owned so badly and losing an arm.

First off it is possible that he needed to wait before he could seal Kurama....especially since the Bijuu sounded as though they had some sense of sealing order.

Second was thst he was attempting to destroy Konoha, and lost Kurama during the battle. Now whether he should have retreated is a good question. If Kurama could have been sealed at the time, then Obito made a rather foolish error. On the other hand, was there more time requires for sealing Kurama he simply got unlucky by loosing Kurama to being sealed instead of set free to where he could control/ summon him at will.

First of all the nine tails has to be sealed last.

Second he never anticipated that he would actually get owned in trying to destroy the village. He thought he could crush it and be on his way.

This. It would have been smarter for him to come back in a few years to just pick up a genin strength Naruto. Like he sent Itachi and Kisame to do in part 1.
