Amaterasu not the hottest fire jutsu

I think Pakura has the hottest fire jutsu. Hers was capable of mummifying someone with a fireball no bigger than rasengan. Amatersu failed to do this or even kill A, a samurai and Karin. Zetsu did not burn fast and the white zetsus bodies look like they were still intact. In the anime Pakura raped an entire area clean of fodders with a burst of gaint fireball. Amaterasu's short comming of killing opponents and Pakura turning people to mummies says her fire is the best.

No it was used on some fodder samurai and they all survived because konkuro ripped their armor off..
