Mangekyō Sharingan

The Mangekyō Sharingan is no doubt op so much that it seems like pretty much anyone can be 1 shoted by anyone's jutsu, so whose MS is the most op.
Itachi, sasuke, and madara
Obito/kakashi
Shisui

I believe shisui is the most op cuz the genjutsu can make their opponent do whatever the user wishes n the victim opponent wouldn't even know its a genjutsu.
Any thoughts

Shusui had the strongest genjutsu in the whole Naruto series ... So Of course it's Shusui...

Shisui can use his special genjutsu only once per 10 years regardless of his wish. The delay can be extremely shortened by infusing with Senju DNA, however it's not the case.
To the questions I'd answer: Depends on the situation. But I find Obito's MS more useful in most of the situations.
