1. Doesn't really matter. It won't take anything away from his character at all. I wouldn't mind if he did but I wouldn't be mad if he didn't either.
2. No. He adds some humor to the plot and I love hearing those cheesy words he says at the end of every sentence.
3. For some reason I want them to die, except for Gaara and maybe Mei. Tsunade is at terms with herself after seeing Dan again, so her dying would be fine. The Raikage, meh. His death wouldn't have too much meaning, other than the impact it would have on Bee. Onoki is bound to die sooner or later, and he is kind of old. He's done his part. Mei is too young and she is leading the Mist down a better route than when the old Mizukage was being controlled. Gaara is Gaara! Too integral to the plot to die and one of Naruto's best friends.
4. Yes. Brings back some Part 1 nostalgia at its finest.
