Yes, but it still wouldn't take 3 years to create it, since he already had analyzed the TBB. The concept of Minato having been the one to think of the idea of combining his element with the rasengan was his idea, and wanted to do it so he doesn't have to weave hand signs in a fight. He died before he accomplished this, but Kaskashi taught it to Naruto, it's still Minato's original idea, Naruto just learned what the Yondaime couldn't accomplish.

Reason why people start to 'hate' on a character is when his fanbase starts to spam the forum with threads about him all day. Once a while wank thread is okay but numerous wank threads get annoying no matter which fanbase it is

As for the tobirama technique its unknown whether minato improved on it and what not. The reason people say this is because minato knows enough of tobirama's s/t ability to state that both theirs were inferior to tobi's but also the ability track movement by placing your hand on the ground is an ability that both share, its an s/t ability.

So perhaps minato having knowledge on tobirama's s/t technique's but also both having a similar ability is where this idea came from. Is minato the most original shinobi?, nope he isn't. Kabuto or mei have that tag on lock, though this is subjective

they talk as if having seal jutsu meaning instant S/T jutsu.
they say minato stole tobirama's S/T jutsu with no proof or real knowledge of what is tobirama's S/T jutsu.
they say his jutsus are a rip-off while all what we have seen from him are all his own jutsus.
they hate him because he invented his own jutsus that made him powerful,not like some people who gets handed free OP jutsus from thin air,they refuse to see someone with natural talent able to surpass people with cheat codes,the same people they see in their wet dreams.

Then why can't people simply stay away from the threads if they hate minato so much. You are a prime example as well, deny it all you want, you always come into minato threads to say something negative or prove he can't do something.

Dafuq? i came to explain things that its irrelevant who it is and what not. As for you said about me, i correct everybody when i feel something they are saying is wrong and it just so happens that quiet alot of incorrect things are said in minato threads though i do the same in sasuke. nagato, itachi, etc threads. Need not worry though i do not partake in majority of threads these days nor do i quote anybody.

Also nobody hates on a design in one of kishi's handbook, think you are paranoid

Regarding Tobirama, it's just a baseless assumption. It's Minato's jutsu, and that's final. I agree when you say he knew about it, otherwise he wouldn't of admitted Kamui is superior to it. But, we don't know how his one worked, thus we should stick to what we know, and what we know is Minato created FTG. Done. I don't know why Uchiha fanboys love to hate on Minato, but let it go.

Orochimaru? Possibly yes, but he didn't create his own jutsu, but instead stole forbidden jutsu. It's not really hard, heck, Naruto learnt kage bunshin in about a day...
