I think this is slightly translated wrong....I read somewhere that the original should have read like "Its to You who have stood by my side"

The "you" was supposed to be addressing all of his friends......and he was connected to all his friends (hence the title)

His life was not just his own, but all of his friend's lives as well.... because they rely on him and if he succumbs to the "Dark Side" or dies then so do they.....

hes either acknowledging Hinata alone (i dont think so) or addressing Neji, Hinata and everyone else that his life is not just his and he now sees this. I think Naruto is realizing what Neji meant, not only did his parents die leaving him a cause, jiraiya did, pein did, and now his friends and senseis are fighting to protect him and therefore this could have strengthened the bond he had with all of them even more, especially Hinata (since Neji is dead). this is what i think, but like i said he could jsut be addressing Hinata and in that case, i would sadly call it pretty canon or a terrible terrible lead on lol
